In 2013 Garnett was the Lead Artist who assembled the winning team that created a permanent fine art lighting installation on the Stamford Train Station (CT) in 2012. Stamford Luminata was awarded Top 50 public art project in the nation out of 400 submissions.
In 2013 Garnett was called to create a permanent fine art lighting installation at the Trout Museum of Art in Appleton, Wisconsin. He built another team and spent the summer on-site executing his second permanent fine art lighting installation.
In 2014 Garnett created The New London Light Cube in New London, CT as Lead Artist and Producer.
In 2015 Garnett became a finalist for a full-scale War Memorial and for another fine art lighting project (separate Municipalities). Both projects are pending in 2018.
